What should I do if I’m unable to pay rent on time?
If you’re facing financial difficulties and may not be able to pay rent on time, please contact us immediately to discuss potential solutions and payment arrangements. Alternatively we encourage you to call 211 where they will be able to connect you with local resources and agencies that could help.
Are there any late fees if I miss the due date?
Yes, a late fee of will be applied if your rent is not received generally by 3rd day after the agreed upon due date. Please refer to your lease agreement for more specific details.
How can I verify that my rent payment was received?
You can log in to your tenant portal to check the status of your payment. Additionally, you’ll receive a confirmation email or receipt once your payment has been processed.
